  7. Explorer, specifically designed to support key Windows 95 features:
  8. - Right-click on any file in Explorer to encrypt it.
  9. - Double-click on any encrypted file to decrypt it.
  10. - Decrypt files to QuickView/QuickView Plus if present.
  11. - Encrypt/decrypt to/from the Windows clipboard.

  44. NEW IN VERSION 3.1:
  45. - New module KEYCHAIN provides key management functions: view the
  46.   public and secret keyrings, extract keys to files or to the clipboard,
  47.   remove keys, check the fingerprint of a key, generate key pairs, and
  48.   choose the default secret key for making signatures.
  49. - LOCK & KEY will handle multiple files and messages.  Just select 
  50.   multiple files and send to LOCK & KEY.  LOCK & KEY will run KEY32 if 
  51.   the input data contains encrypted files or messages; otherwise, LOCK32
  52.   will be run.
  53. - LOCK32 permits you to compose messages for encryption using your
  54.   choice of editor and template file.

  58. - For greater security, LOCK & KEY now passes the PGP pass phrase to

  71.   existing file, you are prompted and can choose another filename.

  76. 1.  Unzip all files to a disk or directory.
  77. 2.  Run INSTALL.EXE.

  79. LOCK & KEY is written in Microsoft Visual Basic and requires the Visual 
  80. Basic 4/32 bit runtime (VB40032.DLL).  If you do not have this file, see
  81. the Installation section of the Help file which will explain how to get this
  82. file.

  84. LOCK & KEY supports Windows 95 automatic uninstallation.
